What You’ll Do:
As Sales Manager, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities to keep our team moving forward:
- Lead and Coach: Run team meetings, provide hands-on coaching, and help agents hit their goals.
- Optimize Client Acquisition: Make sure our marketing efforts bring in high-quality leads while keeping costs down.
- Streamline Operations: Oversee our CRM and other systems to make sure everything runs like clockwork.
- Enhance Client Experience: Work with the team to ensure every client gets five-star service.
- Ensure Compliance: Keep the team up to date on regulations and make sure we’re always operating above board.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved. Ideally, you’ll have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a management role in real estate or a related field.
- A proven ability to cut client acquisition costs and get results from CRM systems.
- Strong leadership skills and a knack for motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering a great client experience.
- A solid understanding of real estate industry regulations.
