You’ll work side-by-side with Nathan, our CEO, to drive the Real estate Investment side. We believe in growing those who grow with us.
What You’ll Do
1. Design & Project Management
- Every renovation and build must hit ROI targets—no value left on the table.
- Lead design reviews with architects and contractors.
- Translate high-level ROI goals into clear scopes and budgets.
- Sync design, permitting, and construction timelines so projects sail.
2. Leasing & Management
- From short-term stays to triple-net deals, rent flow is king—and you own it.
- Craft leasing strategies for STVR, retail, and residential assets.
- Make the tough calls on concessions, renewals, and evictions.
- Drive occupancy to target rates and protect revenue.
3. Maintenance & Upkeep
- Proactive care preserves value and slashes reactive costs.
- Set and enforce preventative‐maintenance schedules across the portfolio.
- Manage vendor bids, work orders, and quality checks end-to-end.
- Monitor property conditions and deploy rapid-response fixes.
4. Asset Management & Reporting
- Clear data turns performance into strategic decisions.
- Build concise monthly reports on NOI, occupancy, and cap-ex spend.
- Spotlight underperformers and recommend improvement plans.
- Present portfolio health in executive-level briefings.
5. Financial Strategy & Bookkeeper Partnership
- You’ll translate numbers into next-move plans for growth.
- Collaborate with the bookkeeper to vet P&L and cash-flow trends.
- Recommend reinvestment, divestment, or cap-ex priorities.
- Turn financial insights into a clear “what’s next” roadmap.
